About the Speakers:
Akumu Fiona is a content strategist and online communications professional with over 10 years of experience. Her work experience in Kenya and Nigeria has mainly been tied to doing Communications and Marketing work for clients ranging from government agencies, non-profits and corporate companies. Her passion for the English language and communications, in general, can be traced back to her one-and-a-half-year stint as an English Teacher in Latin America in both Venezuela and Colombia and certainly to her studies at the University of Nairobi where she did a Communications and Philosophy major. She is also a fine artist who specialises in pencil portraits and coaching young artists. Thanks to her love for technology, she is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
Ram Hadji is an energetic entrepreneur, a branding & Digital Marketing Strategist, sports development consultant, an experienced Marketing maven, and an initiative leader with proven success managing people and projects in every facet of marketing with a wealth of experience working with brand in over 12 countries around the world. He is the current President of Africa Sports Council, Equator Sports Group and also the CEO of Blueprint Digital, He is also the host for the Africa Digitized Podcast Show, Ram was born and raised in Uganda, he has launched and managed multiple companies like Equator Sports Group and Globivate Ltd, as well as continues to serve as the Board Chairman for Open Space Centre Uganda.
