25 May 2017, Rhumbles in Lagos

As part of the celebrations of Lagos at 50, there will be an Evander Holyfield versus Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Lagos Charity Boxing Bout. The two gladiators have been trading boasts ahead of the event which will feature other impressive fights. The charity-focused event is aimed at bringing world attention to some health-related issues in Africa, and will focus on cases such as Autism in Children, Breast Cancer, Mental Illness and HIV/AIDS, River Blindness. There will also be donations of medical and relief materials worth millions of naira to Lagos State Government and other states.
Venue: Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
