Carté Overtone: a three-course dining experience inspired by Akwa Ibom, crafted by three chefs and guided by live storytelling. Each course tells a story, one of memory, culture, and connection.

Carté Aftertone: a slower, deeper close to the evening, led by Ige Adubi, our resident curator, it’s a space for active listening through sound and reflection. Think local food reimagined, stories that linger, and a setting where the past and future sit side by side.

Through taste, story, and presence, we invite you to experience Akwa Ibom in a way that lingers long after the evening ends.
