In recent years we have observed budget cuts, focus on fraud elimination, operational efficiency, internally generated revenue and security within the public sector. This presents an opportunity as well as a great challenge in initiating service delivery reforms within the Nigerian public sector amidst current economic indices. Ministries, Departmental and Agencies (MDA) need to therefore work towards achieving goals such as data transparency, data analytics, identity management, forecasting and reduce wastage.
