The 9th edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) concludes its week-long festivities in Lagos, Nigeria, the continent’s creative capital.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, the Eko Convention Centre will host the prestigious main awards ceremony. Co-hosted by Nigerian superstar Falz and media personality Liliane Maroune, the night promises electrifying performances from legends and chart-toppers like Femi Kuti, Diamond Platnumz, and Yemi Alade. This landmark event, held in partnership with the African Union and the Lagos State Government, celebrates the “Hybrid Identities” and innovation of African music across 39 categories.
